Description
It has 16 color-receptive cones that enables it to detect ten time more colors than a human , including ultra violet light and can move each eye independently , making it exceptional at hunting prey and fleeing from predators . With a spring-like motion , it uses its appendages to attack prey by striking at a speed equal to a moving bullet . A blow from a peacock mantis shrimp can easily break through thick glass.
